My credit card got stuck with a pending charge forever. My order was supposed to ship on April 17 and arrive within ten days, but the tracking number doesn't work. When I asked about it in chat, all they could tell me was that they can't track international packages and I have to wait until May 22 to file a complaint. For an order close to $400, this is the absolute worst service I've experienced. It feels like this company is basically saying they don't care about Canadian customers. You pay, get wrong information, pay again, and then get no help or product.
