The customer service here is basically absent. I bought a serum blush and reached out via email about a problem with the dropper. They never responded to any of my messages, which was really disappointing since I was hoping for better support. On top of that, the price is quite steep for such a tiny bottle. I also tried to post a review on their website and it just vanished. Super frustrating overall.

This is not some cash grab by an influencer, just so you know. EM is run by a well-known Asian beauty content creator, Michelle Phan. Her brand really understands and serves darker skin tones beautifully, and everything from the packaging to the actual formulas is really well done.
