Still waiting for my refund over a month later. Been emailing them twice a week and every single response is just the same generic message about checking with their team. Nothing ever changes and my money never shows up. These people are basically stealing from customers. Update: Finally got my refund after almost 45 days from when they received my return.
Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. This was my first and only purchase from them and I'm never going back. If I could give negative stars I would. Everything about the process is a nightmare, especially if you need to return or exchange something. Ordered shoes in the wrong size and asked to swap them for a larger pair. They wanted me to handle the shipping myself which made no sense, that should be on them. The replacement took forever to show up and twenty plus days later it's still sitting in their warehouse. I've filed over seven complaints with customer service and got absolutely nowhere. Then when I asked for a refund they refused to give me the full amount back, keeping the shipping fee. This company is terrible and their whole return and refund system is broken, slow and confusing. Stay away from them.
Bought Adidas shoes online and got called at 1:30 AM with no voicemail or text follow up. The shoes never shipped and they never responded to anything. Can't find any way to contact them on their website. Had to file a PayPal dispute just to get my money back. Don't buy from this company.
