I would go below one star if possible because this company has been nothing but broken promises. I purchased their home care plan and since then have had over eight site visits with parts that should have been ordered or replaced but weren't. Every single call they say they're on it and apologize, but nothing gets done. Five different technicians have come out yet the home care team ignores their recommendations. I get no callbacks, missed appointments, parts still not ordered after calling five or six times. The support staff is clearly too small to handle the workload, and all I hear are apologies and promises that never materialize. I've had to call over fifteen times and it's getting nowhere. This shouldn't be this difficult when I'm paying for the service.
