I regret my experience with this outfit. They installed a solar system at my home that hasn't performed at all. My power bills skyrocketed from between one-fifty and two hundred monthly to five hundred. There were problems right from the start. Their technicians came out multiple times trying to get it right but never did. On their last visit, one of the guys basically said they weren't coming back. I've called repeatedly and they refuse to send anyone. They keep telling customers to wait for the next bill to see savings, which went on for months. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm fairly new to solar and don't have a strong technical background. The installer didn't give me the best experience, but Enphase's own support team more than made up for it. They got me connected to advisors right away who were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I could give this less than one star if allowed. We have twenty solar panels for just the two of us, our AC is locked at seventy-two degrees, and I'm out of the house six days a week all day. My electric bill hit three hundred dollars. Something doesn't add up because my neighbor pays eighty-four with a swimming pool and no panels at all. Either they're working with the power company to rip people off or the panels just don't work. I bought twenty more panels from a competitor and my bill dropped significantly. The product isn't good and neither is their customer service.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Hands down the worst company I've dealt with. I bought a house with their solar already on it and after seven months they haven't transferred the account to my name. Plus it hasn't worked since I moved in. The customer service is awful, half the staff can't communicate clearly, they give you the runaround for everything, and if you've already paid them, kiss that money goodbye. Please learn from my situation and go somewhere else.
