I got sent the wrong thing and tried reaching out multiple times with my order details and photos of what showed up instead. They just kept saying to sit tight while they looked into it. Zero effort to replace it or refund me, just basically told me to wait for them to contact me whenever they felt like it. There's no actual phone line you can call, just email and some chat feature, and good luck finding anyone with the authority to fix anything. Any decent company would've immediately reshipped a replacement or dealt with it right away. Their products are solid and I really do like them, but honestly after this experience I'm not sure I'll be ordering from them again.
