There's basically no communication and you won't get any updates about what's happening with anything. Customer service is nonexistent. If you have a time crunch or honestly need your items at all, stay away. They'll just abandon you without any apology. Seriously, use literally anybody else. I had to switch to a different company that actually managed my order properly and kept me in the loop at every stage to help save my event. They had promised me items that I never ended up getting.
Really let down by this company. I ordered branded notebooks for an upcoming event and went through their whole ordering system, got the proofs approved, and paid extra for rush delivery with a guaranteed arrival date they personally confirmed. Then three days later, I get a message saying it's no longer available. Now I can't even source it elsewhere in time, even with expedited shipping. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Will never order from them again.
I bought 100 journals and then ordered them again. I was asked to provide my shipping address and let them know I needed them urgently. They asked for updated artwork, and I said it should be the same as before. They didn't seem to get my message and didn't reach out to confirm anything. Now they're saying they're too busy to deliver on time. Really disappointed in how this was handled.
Fair warning to everyone out there. Stay away from ePromos if you can. My wife and I came up with a funny product idea and decided to order promotional doggy waste bags with custom design and matching leash clips, 500 units of containers holding 20 bags each. I called their sales team and spoke with a representative who seemed helpful and confirmed the order. They told me I'd get an email within a day with all the details and payment would be due then. A couple days go by and I finally get an email saying they can't fulfill this order. No explanation given. I called back asking what the issue was, and they just repeated the same line without any details. Had to start completely over with another vendor who was professional and willing to help from the start.

This review got taken down, which basically tells you everything you need to know. I'd skip ordering here. So basically I got 150 notebooks and wanted them delivered quickly for a work conference. Spent a couple days going back and forth trying to finalize everything. Only then did they tell me the notebooks weren't in stock and wouldn't arrive in time for the event. I wound up spending extra money somewhere else, and even though I lost almost a week dealing with this place, the other company got my order to me with time to spare. It was frustrating to waste so much time on this.
