I have really long, wavy, thick hair so I decided to take Eufora's online Hair Quiz to figure out which products would work best for me. After getting my results, I ordered straight from Eufora's website rather than going through a third party retailer. If you've bought these products online somewhere else, that seller might not be the problem - it could actually be on Eufora. I got my order and followed the instructions carefully, washing and conditioning with warm water using their products. Within just a few minutes, my hair completely shriveled up and tangled into this massive bird's nest type situation! It basically looked like dreadlocks! My hair ended up badly damaged. I knew I had to get professional help to untangle everything, so I decided to visit one of their actual Eufora salons in person. The pictures I have show what happened during the painful detangling process at their salon location. I ended up paying for the three and a half hour detangling service, tipped all three stylists who worked on my hair, and paid for the products they used during the process.
