I emailed their customer service a week ago and haven't gotten any response back. They seem to think it's okay to take your money and just not deliver the stuff. I was planning to file a complaint with the FTC if I didn't hear anything soon. Now I'm seeing the same thing happening with another order I just placed. Shop somewhere else. I've lost all trust in this company. Something feels off about what's going on.
I attempted to return a pair of pants and a t-shirt from Evereve that totaled around $180. I was just one day late on the return deadline and they point-blank refused to take them back or give me any store credit. The items have never been worn, tags are still attached, and I have my receipt. I won't be shopping there again, period.
I've been using their try-before-you-buy box service and had decent luck finding clothes over the years. This time around my return got delayed and they went ahead and charged me for the full box. When I called customer service, they told me they'd give me a refund just this one time, but going forward they'd only do gift cards instead. Make sure you pay attention to what their return rules actually are with those boxes. I'm having to quit the service though because I can't afford to have them holding my money around like this.
Their rewards program is basically a scam. They only mail the rewards out, so mine either never arrived or got lost in the mail. When I asked them to honor what I'd earned, they refused to do anything. I've spent over $2500 with them in the past six months and they can see all those purchases, but they won't honor my rewards points. It's pretty obvious that mailing them out is their strategy to hope people never receive them or don't pay attention, so they don't have to actually give out discounts.

There are tons of other retailers out there who are way more flexible about this stuff. They got back to me pretty quickly but just said they couldn't cancel it. That's honestly terrible service, especially since my order probably hadn't even started processing yet. I'm definitely not ordering from them again and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
I'm talking about their Trendsend subscription box service specifically. I've given it a try twice and both times it was really disappointing. I went with the one-time box option instead of the full subscription. You fill out a profile with questions about your style preferences and what you want in your next box. First box showed up with stuff I'd already told them I didn't want. There was one pair of jeans I actually liked and kept, but everything else went straight back. I figured I'd give them another shot, so I ordered a second box. This time I was really detailed about which colors to skip and which ones I wanted to see. I also made it super clear that I don't wear jewelry so please don't include any. Today's box arrived and it has grey pants, a dark shirt with grey tones, a necklace, and a few other things I don't like. Nothing had any color variety at all. Everything's going back. I'm done wasting time on their boxes. It feels like the stylist just did whatever she wanted instead of actually paying attention to what I asked for.
I placed an order for about $1200 in clothes and they delivered it to my house without requiring a signature. The package got stolen from my porch and when I contacted them, they basically didn't care at all. Most companies would have replaced the whole order right away. Their customer service is honestly the worst I've dealt with. Now I'm out over $1200 and all those clothes.
