They're always quick to respond and helpful, but this went the extra mile. I'm telling everyone about Few Moda. The products are really well made and their customer service is genuinely excellent.
I'm really into Few Moda! The new collections are awesome, the fabric quality is top notch, and I love the pricing. I'd say the only thing that would make it better is having more pattern choices. I'm a huge navy fan but there's really just one navy floral option, even though it shows up in a lot of the dresses and I don't want multiples of the same design. Also wouldn't mind if the mini dresses were a touch longer, like hitting right above the knee, or if they offered a tall size option! You all are great though and I'm definitely making an annual membership my birthday present to myself every year. Keep bringing those amazing styles.

I'd skip this company. I ordered a top and dress and while the top was fine, the dress was totally misrepresented. What I got looks nothing like the website photo, the fabric is cheap feeling, and the color is way off. They claim shipping takes 6 to 9 days but mine took almost three weeks. If I wanted something that looked nice but wasn't well made, I could've bought from Shein and saved money. I'm definitely returning the dress. Also heads up that their return window is 28 days from when it ships, not from when it arrives. With shipping taking up to three weeks, that puts you in a really tough spot. They overprice everything by triple or more and then act like their membership discount is doing you a favor. It's honestly a scam designed to lock people in and guarantee them steady income.

I had a really frustrating experience with Few Moda. I sent back four items that were basically brand new, except for some loose pet hair that was completely removable. This wasn't even mentioned in their return guidelines, but they rejected the return without contacting me first and threw the items away. I got no refund and had to reach out myself to find out what happened. Only after pushing back several times did they offer partial store credit. As a paying member, I expected much better communication and responsibility. Their vague "perfect condition" requirement lets them do whatever they want, and getting rid of perfectly good clothing instead of handling returns properly is wasteful and wrong. After some additional pressure, they eventually gave me a full store credit refund, though I still don't think that's fair compensation. I can't recommend this membership or company.

Absolutely terrible customer service and shady business tactics. Members get thirty dollars in quarterly credits that you can use for three months. My credit stopped working right before it expired and I emailed support with screenshots proving the website was rejecting it. They claimed I had another discount code active, which wasn't true. When I told them that, they said my cart wasn't high enough when it had over two hundred dollars worth of items. They straight up refused to fix it and made up excuses so they wouldn't have to take responsibility. When I tried replying to their emails, both the customer service and general info inboxes said they were full and I couldn't reach them. These folks are running a scam and don't care about honoring their membership benefits. I spent way too much energy trying to contact them and they clearly either blocked me or disabled their contact channels for no reason. I cancelled my membership immediately.
