Scam operation. They're selling parking spots that aren't actually reserved for anyone. I paid for a spot and didn't get one. They wouldn't refund my money, just offered store credit for future use instead.

Zero stars. My rate was quoted at $5.56 per day for 3 days. They hit my account for $211.97 instead. Called customer service and they said it was extra hidden fees and taxes. This is a total scam.

Would give them zero stars if the system allowed it. Got scammed for an extra $100 just to drive out of the lot. I stayed within my time frame but they still charged me. Asked for a refund and all I got was the runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's a scam.

Would give zero stars if possible. My car was one of about 10 hit in smash and grab thefts. They advertised cameras which made me feel safe, but nobody actually watched them. After reporting it, I got a long email explaining how they're not responsible rather than explaining what they'd do to stop it happening again. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Booked parking at America's Best Western near Tulsa International Airport but missed the part about needing to book the shuttle 24 hours ahead in my confirmation. Had to grab a taxi to the airport instead. For my return, couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone to reserve the shuttle. Even called the parking company and they couldn't reach anyone either. They basically said it wasn't their problem. Looks like another taxi ride. Plus now I'm concerned about my vehicle. UPDATE: Finally got someone on the phone 2 hours past my shuttle reservation deadline. No explanation for why nobody answered before 1pm. Got my car back with several small dents on the hood and doors that definitely weren't there before.

Didn't catch the fine print in my confirmation. Turns out you can't cancel once your check-in time passes. I mistakenly booked 2 hours before my original flight and changed it to a later one, figuring early pickup would work fine. Their terms said no shuttle but I missed that detail. Those were the only cancellation options available with exceptions for medical stuff only. I tried getting them to at least let me cancel the remaining days to cut my losses. Nope. Stuck paying for the whole 10 days. Their customer service won't budge on anything. It's a sneaky way to hook you with rock bottom prices that sound too good to be true.

Total scam. Paid for a parking space near Edmonton International Airport and didn't get any payment confirmation. Drove out to the motel where the spot was supposed to be and found out they have absolutely nothing to do with this company or their other name. Since I needed somewhere to leave my car for two weeks, I paid the motel directly instead and got a receipt right there. Tried reaching their support through email and phone but got nothing back. Now I'm going through a dispute to recover my money. Don't waste your time with them, find an actual legitimate option.

Reserved what I thought was parking at a hotel near Phoenix sky harbor, but things went downhill fast. Never got a confirmation email after requesting it twice through their app. Sent a cancellation request and didn't receive confirmation on that either. Showed up at the hotel and they had zero record of my reservation. Ended up parking in general parking which cost me over $100 extra. Then they charged my credit card anyway and flat out refused to give my money back. The app claims requests go through but clearly they don't. This company and all their aliases are running a scam operation. Don't touch them unless you enjoy losing cash to theft.

Booked a 5:30am parking spot at a hotel that's 9+ miles from the airport. They had to know the hotel shuttle doesn't even start until 7am. I had to scramble back to the airport just to park somewhere and catch my flight on time. Now they refuse to refund and keep making up excuses. This place is a total mess. I'm never using them again.
