Fix My Blinds Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Fix My Blinds
Fix My Blinds receives highly polarized feedback, with shoppers either praising the service or expressing frustration with shipping practices and customer support. Satisfied customers highlight the company's ability to source hard-to-find blind components quickly, often solving problems that manufacturers could not resolve. They appreciate the quality of parts and fast delivery times for urgent orders, even when acknowledging higher shipping costs as a trade-off for speed.
Common complaints center on shipping expenses and logistics issues. Some shoppers report being charged unexpectedly high courier fees for small orders without clear consent, while others have experienced delayed deliveries despite steep shipping charges and promised timelines. Additional concerns include difficulty reaching the company via email and a perceived lack of willingness to address billing disputes or shipping problems.

Sorted by: Most recentBe careful with this company! They shipped a $4.36 order of non-critical parts using overnight air courier at a cost of $92.62 in shipping, when I easily could have driven to my local Hunter Douglas dealer to pick it up myself. After I complained about the outrageous shipping charge, they refused to offer any refund and claimed it was my responsibility. Definitely proceed with caution!
Fantastic experience! I bought an expensive Levolor blind that arrived without the mounting brackets. After spending 4 weeks going back and forth with Levolor with no results, I decided to try Fix My Blinds instead. They got the brackets to me in 3 days. Incredible service and I'm so thankful!
Great quality parts and speedy delivery. I've ordered multiple times to get hard-to-locate components for fixing the older blinds in my apartment. Shipping costs are on the higher side, but the speed is impressive and the parts work perfectly once they arrive.
What a great discovery and fantastic savings! Our new place came with 24 year old Levolor Riviera horizontal faux wood blinds that were still in great shape, except most of the tilt levers and wands were either missing or broken. The plastic parts on the tilt levers had degraded from heat exposure. For just $130, I avoided having to replace 15 perfectly good blinds. The order shipped the next business day and arrived faster than expected coming from Colorado to California. I'm planning to grab some additional tilt levers for about $20 each to keep these going even longer and finally get rid of those makeshift paperclip repairs the previous owner had rigged up. With everything going on financially, this fix was exactly what I needed. Really appreciate Fix My Blinds!
Ordered on September 30 and my package is still stuck at the post office in Colorado Springs according to the tracking info. The shipping fees were quite steep for basic service, and they promised delivery in 5 to 7 days. We're already on day 7 and the package still shows as waiting for acceptance at the facility. I've filed a complaint with the Postal Service to figure out what's happening. Either the package is actually there and something's wrong, or I got taken by a scam operation.
Absolutely saved me! The component I was looking for was no longer available, but they made a replacement version using stamped steel that's actually superior to what came with it originally. Installed perfectly in about 30 minutes and everything worked great. Really grateful for their help!
