Wish I could rate this lower than one star. Bought a garage ceiling shelf and the holes on the mounting brackets didn't match up with the holes on the support pieces for the shelves. I sent them photos and they told me it's a problem that happens sometimes. They shipped out a replacement unit. Same issue showed up on that one too. Now I've got two of these things sitting unassembled taking up my garage and I spent hours trying to get them to work. Crossing my fingers I at least get my money back. Hate the thought of all this stuff ending up in a trash heap. Would strongly suggest checking out a different company for your shelving projects.

Stay away from this business. Ordered a file cabinet for $140 and received it in bad condition. I contacted their support team and they promised to ship a replacement. That was back in mid-September and I've heard nothing since. I've tried reaching out more than five times through email and phone calls, and all they keep telling me is they'll send an email when the new one ships. The phone support was really unprofessional too. At this point I'm not sure how to get either my money back or the replacement I was promised. Buy your storage solutions somewhere else. Really let down after spending $140 and hoping to support what I thought was a quality veteran-owned operation.
