Total waste of money. This product is supposed to work one way but doesn't deliver at all. My air conditioning flow got completely blocked up from using it. Tubes were stuffed full and nothing improved. Living in Florida where you really need good airflow, this was useless. Honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Really happy with how this works for me. The taste is actually pretty great too. My skin has been clearing up a lot when I'm consistent about taking it every day.
