I'd give them negative stars if the system allowed it. Don't order from these people. I unfortunately did. Flowers were supposed to arrive yesterday but I never got a delivery confirmation email, which made me suspicious. I called and they were nice enough but said they'd contact the local florist and call me back. They did call twice today, apologized, and promised delivery today. Then later that afternoon they called again asking for an extra $20. I said absolutely not and demanded my money back. They tried to negotiate down to $15, then $10. I had to be very firm and threaten state attorney general complaints and BBB reports before they got serious. The person I talked to stayed pleasant through it all, which somehow makes it worse. They're professional scammers. Don't fall for it.

Straight up scam and you should not buy from them. They promised same-day delivery and the flowers never came. They also claim to include complimentary insurance through a major company, but when you try to use it, you're stuck with just a partial refund. The whole thing looks designed to protect them from credit card chargebacks. If you're in my position and ordered last minute without researching, don't bother with their insurance claim. Take pictures of all your failed attempts to reach them, then dispute it with your bank or card company for the full amount. If you're planning ahead, great call. Do your homework first because the internet is full of complaints just like this one.

Quality was absolutely terrible, and honestly I'd rate it lower if possible. I ordered flowers on Friday for Monday delivery. They didn't show up until Tuesday and the arrangement looked nothing like the picture I chose. There were fewer roses than promised and all the filler was basically just the leaves still stuck on the stems. The roses themselves weren't even in good shape. Over $100 wasted on a sad looking bunch.

Stay away from this florist. I made the mistake of using them and wish I'd found a local option instead. Their prices are way too high to start with. My flowers didn't show up when promised, and two days later they called asking for an extra $40 on top of the $100+ I'd already paid. I told them to forget it and give me my money back. Their service is absolutely terrible and I regret the whole experience. Don't order from them.

These are scammers, plain and simple. They were calling me before I even finished placing my order. I purchased a funeral arrangement with express shipping that was supposed to arrive within four hours. Next morning they called to ask if I'd accept different flowers since they didn't stock everything. I pointed out that I paid for four-hour delivery but now almost 24 hours had passed, and they said they'd already looked into when the viewing was. That's none of their business. They only refunded $4.99 of the rush charge and threw in a $5 discount for changing things up. That's nowhere near fair for a $166 purchase.

These people are running a scam. They were calling me while I was still filling out my order. I bought a funeral arrangement and paid extra for rushed delivery within four hours. The next morning they called saying they needed to swap out some flowers because they didn't have the right ones. When I asked why it wasn't delivered in the four hours I paid for, they basically said they'd checked and the viewing wasn't until later, so they didn't bother. That's not their call to make. Almost a full day passed before they even started making it. They refunded the $4.99 rush fee and offered $5 off, which is insulting when I spent $166 total. That's not acceptable.

Complete scam and I'm pretty sure they're not even operating out of the US. I never got my flowers and still waiting to see if I get my money back. They asked for more cash just to deliver a day late. Already canceled my credit card over this.

The funeral spray never showed up at the church where it was supposed to go. Every time I called, they gave me a different excuse about why they didn't deliver it. When I asked for anything more than a $15 refund on a $200 arrangement, they kept disconnecting my calls. Absolutely horrible way to handle things.

This place is overpriced and pulls deceptive tactics. I paid $76 for just three roses and some baby's breath.

Terrible experience. I would never order from them again. I sent flowers to be delivered five days out and they still haven't shown up. I left multiple messages and nobody ever answered my calls. Finally got a real person on the line and they wanted to give me a $10 credit. When I asked about their delivery guarantee, I got no answer. Don't waste your time or money with these people. It's absolutely terrible.
