When I called to check on it, I couldn't reach an actual person without jumping through hoops. They claimed to deliver by Mother's Day but then texted me at 3:45 saying they couldn't make it happen that day, yet they still charged me. Now I can't get anyone on the phone at customer service. It's just excuses and run around. Really poor service all around.
I ordered a balloon arrangement that didn't arrive on the birthday. Very disappointing. I'd called ahead that morning to confirm they could deliver on a Sunday and they said yes, no problem. Later when I contacted customer service they told me the florist doesn't even work Sundays. They never called or emailed to give me a heads up. I had to request it for the next day to finally get it delivered.
Fraudulent operation that you should steer clear of. I ordered flowers and got zero confirmation. Had to navigate a bunch of automated menus just to find out what my order number was. They promised delivery on four different days and it still never arrived. Every single day was the same story about it being out for delivery. Had to push hard to get a refund at all. No idea if it'll actually go through. Watch out.
I would give FlowerDelivery negative 100 stars if I could. They took my $300 and never sent the flowers. Terrible service and impossible to reach. Be very careful with this place.

Worst company to order from, period. The second time I used them, what arrived was pathetic looking and nothing like what I selected. At least they fixed it after I complained. But then last month I ordered and they put a charge of $147.39 as pending, then the very next day another pending charge for the same amount. So my account had nearly $300 tied up right when my monthly bills were drafting at the start of the month. My overdraft kicked in costing me $30 per transaction. I called and they said sorry, it'll come off in five to seven days. Meanwhile I'm down a hundred bucks and it actually disappears in three days. Never again. This is the last time I'll touch this company.
