This store absolutely deserves five stars, particularly because of one amazing employee. His skill in communicating with customers and his dedication to service really stood out and left a strong positive impression on me, my relatives, and our friends. It was genuinely impressive to watch him interact with people on the floor because he made each person feel valued. Our first time visiting, we got greeted immediately and had one of the greatest shopping experiences of our lives. We talked about way more than just footwear during our visits, sharing stories about life and family. We've kept this connection strong through the years because of his excellent customer service style. He completely earned five stars from me and our whole family. His work was truly outstanding and we're really disappointed that the store is closing. What's clear is that his exceptional demeanor and way of helping people was a major reason customers stayed loyal. We really appreciate everything he did for us.

Been getting shoes from these guys for years and honestly every single pair has been great.
Every time I place an order at least one item gets cancelled. I'm not even sure why it happens or how, maybe their system for tracking inventory needs a major overhaul. When my shipment finally showed up, I opened the first box and found just one right shoe. Opened the second box and there were two left shoes, different sizes too. Plus there was a return receipt from a customer in another province just sitting in the box. Clearly their returns center isn't checking what they're shipping back out to customers. I emailed support and they took forever to respond, then completely ghosted me after that. Spent over an hour on the phone with their support team and still got nothing resolved. Now I've got to spend my own time dropping off their mistake at a shipping location. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They were totally indifferent to the hassle they created for me and that's inexcusable. Absolutely awful experience.
If the rating system allowed zero stars I'd pick that. I'm located in Canada dealing with their version and everything about this operation is terrible - the store, the website, the mobile app, all of it. Nearly every checkout attempt has some kind of problem. When I try to buy during limited releases, I'll get through to the thank you screen and then immediately get a cancellation email. And sometimes they'll charge my card but take a week or more to refund it, once it was over two weeks. They're basically earning interest on my money while I'm stuck waiting. One time I got so frustrated I broke my keyboard over this. Recently I took another shot and tried ordering some specific shoes, but when I got to the address section it just wouldn't work, said something about not being able to fill certain areas. Tried the app instead and got an error about inventory problems. I'm completely finished with the Canadian site. Maybe the US version is better but I doubt it. Not coming back. Plus most of their inventory seems to be kids' sizes anyway.
They charged me 6.99 for shipping on a return even though they sent me the wrong item. Their own website said they wouldn't charge for returns when it's their error. Total scam.
The site has serious problems with how it functions, especially when you're trying to access your account and other features. The support team doesn't seem trained to actually help fix these issues either. Only giving 2 stars because at least the payment processing worked fine on my end.
