Forcast has been my go-to store for years and I absolutely love it. I've accumulated so many pieces from them, all in petite sizes. Their cropped pants are perfect for my frame and fit beautifully every single time. What really sets them apart is the quality you get for your money - from the fabric selection to the stitching, everything is thoughtfully done. I appreciate that their styles are modern yet still professional and appropriate for the office. Shipping to my area is reasonable and arrives quickly. Their customer service really impressed me too. There was one time they sent me the wrong item, but instead of requiring me to return it, they simply let me keep it and mailed out the correct one. I honestly don't know what I'd do if this store closed down.

I want to give a shout out to Anna who works at one of their locations. She's consistently helpful and goes out of her way to take care of customers. She's truly exceptional at what she does and makes every visit enjoyable for me. I always look forward to being helped by her whenever I shop. Anna really sets a great example for customer service and I'm grateful for everything she does. The store and Anna deserve a lot of recognition for their dedication.

Needed a suit for my daughter's wedding and couldn't find my size in stock. The sales associate went above and beyond, calling around to nearby locations and managing to track down my size split between two different locations. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. This happened at one of their shopping center locations on a Monday afternoon. Even though I didn't catch her name, I really want to say how much I appreciated her going the extra mile for me.

Had an amazing experience shopping with Forcast! I'm really impressed with their clothing line and the speed of their delivery service is unreal. My order arrived the very next day. Everything looked exactly like it did on the website in terms of quality and color. They have such a great selection of office wear for women and I find myself going back all the time. Forcast is definitely my preferred place to shop!

Really disappointed with the quality. The zippers started failing right away and after just a few months of wearing, the pieces have holes and tears in them. The fabric just doesn't hold up well and stretches out too easily. For the price they're asking, this isn't acceptable.
