What Shoppers Say About FRAME
FRAME is rated 1.5 out of 5 by 20 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. The most consistent complaints center on quality control issues, including poorly stitched seams that fail after minimal wear, fabric that tears easily, stained garments arriving in shipments, and defects like separated waistbands. Equally problematic is customer service: multiple shoppers report receiving no response to support emails and lack of assistance when issues arise, including one case where a FedEx delivery error went unaddressed despite days of contact attempts.
A small minority of shoppers report positive experiences, citing smooth ordering processes, quick shipping, and hassle-free returns when items did not fit as expected. However, these favorable reviews are far outweighed by the frequency and severity of quality and service failures. At a premium price point (jeans priced around $258), shoppers expect and explicitly note the lack of pristine construction and durability that should accompany such costs. The recurring pattern of defects combined with unresponsive customer support suggests systemic problems that prospective buyers should carefully consider.

Sorted by: Most recentSecond purchase from them and I bought three pairs of jeans. FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address and took a photo as proof. FedEx told me the shipper needed to contact them to fix it. I've been messaging Frame through their website and replying to my order confirmation email for days with absolutely nothing. Not even a generic auto-response. There's no phone support listed so I'm starting to think customer service doesn't actually exist. I'll probably just dispute it with my credit card company. This is ridiculous.
First time I've ever received stained jeans in the mail. Got The Reboot Crop in White for $258 and for that price they should be pristine. This has never happened to me even with fast fashion brands. Really disappointed with this order.
Make sure you inspect your garments carefully when they arrive. Their quality control is seriously lacking. The stitching is terrible and pieces are literally coming undone. The waistband separated after wearing them once so I reached out and they offered me a discount, which I took. I put them aside to fix later and finally got around to it recently. After examining them thoroughly, I found problems everywhere. Messy stitching with poor tension, broken threads scattered throughout, and multiple seams already starting to fail that I hadn't noticed initially. Really let down by paying so much for such shoddy construction.
The quality of their Le High flare jeans is disappointing. I grabbed two pairs in different colors and both tore up within ten wears. The fabric split in multiple places, not just at the seams. The amount of stretch in the material makes it too flimsy for quality jeans. Felt like throwing money away.
Sent an email to their support team and got zero response. That's strange for any kind of retail business.
Had three pairs of their skinny jeans that served me well for years. Decided to try their newer styles so I ordered online and everything went smoothly. Shipping was quick with DHL. The styles didn't work out for me so I sent them back and got my money back immediately. One tip: if you're sending something back from outside the US, use the Global-e portal rather than the Frame website. Their customer service team got back to me in under a day when I had a question. Both the quality and the company have been solid for me.
Their customer service is really frustrating. I've been trying to reach Frame for over a week about returning something and they're just not helping me out. Now I'm stuck with jeans that don't fit. Pretty annoying situation.
Their Christmas sale jeans were never delivered after weeks of back and forth communication. It's a pretty terrible company despite what might seem like friendly customer service initially. I'd recommend shopping elsewhere.
Really happy with my Frame jeans. I'm wondering if some of these negative reviewers purchased from an unofficial copycat site. I've seen knockoff versions of the Frame site online and those are totally different. Make sure you're buying from the legitimate Frame store.
Got a pair of Frame jeans under six months ago and barely wore them, maybe five times tops. Then they split along the seam on the side of my leg when I bent down. Reached out to Frame and they told me to contact the retailer instead, plus they claimed this was just normal wear. I appreciate quality denim and don't usually mind spending money on a good pair, but these felt cheap. This shouldn't happen with such minimal wear in such a short timeframe. Won't be ordering from them again.
