I gathered extensive documentation and submitted everything. However, after several months of back and forth that wasted my time, they sent me a replacement and it was the exact same problem, a previously worn discolored shirt with a collar that curls up instead of laying flat. They then told me not to return the original shirt even though I had packed it and was waiting for the return label they promised to send. The second used item took months to arrive, leaving my teenager with just one shirt for the entire school week, and it wasn't even new. Schools absolutely should find another vendor. The customer service is dreadful and the quality of these uniforms is unacceptable. This company deserves the lowest possible rating. 8-17-24 I initially received a shirt that was clearly worn and faded, with visible stains that looked like food and bleach marks. I requested either a brand new replacement or my money back. It's unfair to charge for a worn-out old shirt.
Our daughter's clothes didn't fit right so we had to return them. We paid shipping to get them to our house and then shipping back to the company. Our refund was only half of what we originally spent because they took out restocking fees and other charges. We're done with them.
I bought something and immediately wanted to cancel it, but the website wouldn't let me. They charged me to ship it back, and because they don't have a proper cancellation policy, I also had to pay for return shipping. This is my last time shopping with them.

Looking through other complaints online, I realize I should have bought from someone else. I won't be ordering from French Toast in the future. The only positive thing I can say is that the shorts themselves are pretty decent when you catch them on sale.
The quality is terrible, and their return process is nonexistent. When you mention you want to return something, even though returns are supposedly listed in your order documents, their customer service team just ignores your emails. Don't be fooled by their polished website. Just don't buy from them!
This is absolutely the worst scam operation out there. My daughter's school contracts exclusively with them, so I've placed three orders over the past few months. Every single time, they've canceled about three quarters of what I ordered but still charge me shipping fees for whatever few items they actually send. Out of sixteen items I've ordered, I only got four of them. It's a complete ripoff and I wish we had any other option for her uniform polos. At this point I'm seriously considering just not following the uniform policy and having her wear regular blue polos because I cannot stand this company.
If possible, I'd rate them even lower based on their dreadful customer service, outrageous prices, low quality products, and absolute refusal to let customers cancel or modify orders. Do not buy from them.
This is terrible. Placed an order on 7/19/23 and was informed it shipped through UPS, but UPS has zero record of any tracking info, just an exception notice. When I called customer service, they claimed it would ship the next day. I got another message saying it went to embroidery for stitching. Now it's 9/13/23 and I completely despise this company.
Absolutely terrible customer service experience! We contacted them to report receiving the wrong size and when we tried to explain the issue, the supervisor refused to even listen to us. They hung up on us not once but twice and then blocked both my number and my wife's number. This is completely unacceptable behavior. We're going to reach out to schools throughout our state and urge them to stop doing business with this company and their unprofessional practices. Please stay away from ordering here!
