Tried to get a specific horror tee I wanted but the site wouldn't let me even see the product page. It said I needed VIP access and would have to drop at least one hundred fifty bucks elsewhere first just to unlock it. That feels really exclusionary to me. It's frustrating when a company makes you spend that kind of money before you can even look at certain items, like there's some kind of wall between casual fans and the serious ones. This approach made me feel pretty bad about the company and honestly I just decided not to buy anything at all.

Got a really cool shirt for my dad and after just a few washes, maybe three or four times wearing it, the print started flaking off. For the price I paid, around forty bucks with shipping, I thought the quality would be way better. Honestly disappointed since you'd think something that expensive would last longer.

One star because the customer service is terrible and they consistently don't stock larger sizes. I've told them multiple times that they need to print more Large basketball cuts, especially when something is flying off the shelves like an Evil Dead release. Those hot items sell out instantly and then there's nothing left. You'd think management would figure out what people are actually buying, but apparently not. I work during the day so I can't constantly monitor my phone for new drops, and by the time I check, everything in my size is gone. Reprints don't happen either even though I've requested them numerous times over the past year on different shirts. If they won't take the time to produce popular sizes or honor reprint requests, I'm moving on. Would honestly recommend looking elsewhere unless they start taking customer demand seriously.
