When I looked at my charges, the free shipping wasn't applied. I also never got my order confirmation email and had to reach out to them about it. They wouldn't honor the free shipping they promised, wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor, and then just cancelled my order without warning. I didn't even know until my second call because they hung up on me while I was waiting to speak to a manager. By then, they'd already processed my cancellation even though I was still being charged for the first order. Now they want me to place a new order. This company is atrocious and their customer service reps are seriously unprofessional.
I ordered something but forgot to apply my promo codes. Immediately tried to cancel so I could redo it with the codes added. There wasn't even a cancel button for customers. Tried their live chat which wasn't open, then called customer service. They said they'd get back to me. After 24 hours they called back saying they couldn't cancel it. That was $70 worth of promo codes down the drain. This is the only place I've ever shopped where you can't even cancel your own order. Terrible company.
Let me share what happened. I bought shoes for my mom for $79.99 plus $40.98 for two to three day air shipping. Ordered it December 26th and it's now January 2nd. First of all, they claim they don't ship weekends, which is nowhere on their website. I contacted the shipper and they said they never got the package. The label was created but nothing was actually sent out. I spent over $130 total. Now they're saying they won't refund because it's been past 35 days and they can't figure out if it shipped or not. These people don't know what they're doing. This is the worst company to deal with. Don't buy from them. Their customer service is useless, their management is useless, everybody who works there is useless. Normally other retailers will send you another item if both show up, but I did the right thing and returned the first one. This company is garbage.
Ordered what I thought was king size but it shipped from this company. The package arrived quick enough, but it was way too big, so I sent it back. They confirmed receiving it on December 11th and said I'd get my refund within three business days. Nothing arrived after three days. Called their customer service line four times and got an email saying the refund would come before Christmas. Still no refund. Called again after Christmas and they confirmed they never even issued it, with no explanation. Had to dispute the $458 charge with my credit card company. Something's fishy about why they keep lying about the refunds. I'd tell anyone thinking about shopping here to stay away.
Want to get cheated? Order from here! I placed an order that was supposed to have free shipping, but the charge on my card from the company shows a totally different amount than what I should have been charged. Called customer service at least eight times. Of course they route you to who knows where overseas. Getting to a USA supervisor is like jumping through hoops. They claimed the difference was a shipping charge I never agreed to. I took a screenshot of my order confirmation showing zero for shipping, but they're insisting that's not what they have. They won't remove the charge and lost a customer of thirty years because of it. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to file with the Federal Trade Commission and my attorney general too. Companies pulling this stuff need to be shut down. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere reputable. This brand is definitely not trustworthy. Look at how many angry customers are out there. File complaints if you get wronged, maybe enough of us can make a difference.
Getting off their mailing list is nearly impossible. I've tried so many times using different methods to stop the catalogs, but they still come. I get two or three every single week. Nobody in my house has ordered anything from them in over a year. It's infuriating.

There was a time years ago when I got items that looked like they'd been worn before being returned and resold to me. One bra actually had deodorant stains on it, which was disgusting.
