I bought something in Canada and paid a fortune to send it back. Put tracking on it too. They got the item, but I've called four times to check on my return status. Every single time they say it's being handled. Last time they said their computer systems were down until mid-January and somebody from Texas would call me. What kind of scam is this?
I'd give this zero stars if I could. Bought two shirts and need to return one because it doesn't fit right. Tried figuring out how to return it and even got help from their customer service person. The only option they gave me was to pay for return shipping. Are you kidding? I'd end up paying more in shipping than the shirt is worth.
Can they please let me give a zero star rating? Spent an entire hour trying to place an order. Every time I put items in my cart, they vanish. Tried to recover my cart and prices kept changing. It's impossible to deal with this website. Browsing is a pain. They've got tons of brands, but you used to be able to search across all of them at once. Now you have to go through each brand individually. Shopping here is a hassle. Just keep sending the catalogs though since they're good for something.
