Then they fight you on getting your money back. Supposedly returns only work if the item's unopened. So what, you're supposed to just stare at the box and decide based on that? Ridiculous.
Avoid this company. Dealing with them was absolutely surreal and a total nightmare from start to finish.

After waiting weeks past their promised response time, a rep told me they wouldn't refund anything. Only after threatening a chargeback did I get action. Absolutely terrible experience and the holidays were ruined.

Tried to use a gift certificate we got years ago at our wedding. Customer service told us back then it would never expire. When we finally went to redeem it recently, they refused to honor it after lots of back and forth emails. My integrity isn't worth $100 but apparently theirs is. The products look decent but this company doesn't put customers first, so if you have any issues they're going to protect themselves instead of helping you.
