When they finally showed up at my mail box, I'd already moved and never got them. Plus they charged way more than other retailers. When I contacted them about the shipping delays, they basically acted like they didn't care. This is hands down the worst company I've ever bought from.
Tried ordering a rucksack to buy several for my gym facility upstate, and ran into major frustration. There was a new customer discount available that I missed by about 10 minutes when placing my order. Called customer service to ask if they'd apply it, but got a flat no. They claimed it was in the fine print of the confirmation email. I requested a cancellation since that option was listed in the same email, figuring I'd reorder with the discount. The rep said they couldn't cancel because the order was already being processed. This made no sense since I'd literally just placed it 10 minutes earlier. When I asked for a supervisor, things got worse. She refused to help and told me I'd need to wait for the rucksack to arrive and then return it with a $7.50 restocking fee. This whole interaction left me really disappointed with their customer service approach.
This is unacceptable. Placed an order for a raincoat in early February and didn't receive it until late August. The delivery time was terrible and the customer service was even worse.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service team. Placed my order on November 22nd for $147.50 and got a notification 3 hours later saying items wouldn't arrive until late December. I cancelled immediately and got a ticket number. Then on November 28th they charged my card anyway. Called and they claimed the shipper couldn't be reached so the package shipped. Then a second charge for the same amount appeared. They denied it until I sent my bank statement. Items showed up on December 3rd, but to send them back I had to use their label and got charged $10 extra for it. This company is a nightmare from start to finish. From the excuses to the people taking paychecks while doing nothing, there's zero actual customer care. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and state consumer affairs. You treat hard working cops, paramedics, and others who depend on your products with zero respect.
This place isn't what it used to be. Ordered boots that displayed 'In Stock, Ships Within 24-hours' everywhere. Once I completed the purchase and got charged, suddenly the estimated ship date was way out in December. Called to cancel and they confirmed it, but when I checked online later the order was still sitting there marked as processing. Cancelled again and now I'm stuck monitoring my credit card. Charging customers for items you won't ship for months is just wrong. Won't be back.
