Bought some shelf bins that were advertised as a 12-pack for under eighteen bucks. Open the box and there's literally just one bin inside. Started the return process but I'm waiting to see if they actually send my money back. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Got in touch with Gempler to ask about pricing on some metal edging in a particular gauge. I liked their quote so I went ahead and made the purchase. What showed up was half the size of what we discussed in our conversation. Been trying to reach them about swapping it for the correct size, but they haven't responded to any of my messages.

Best goggles I've owned hands down. Super comfy, built to last, and the quality is top notch. Dust stays out of my eyes when I'm working, they sit right where they should on my face, and they don't fog up or mess with what I can see. If you're using a chainsaw or working in dusty conditions, these are what you need.

Spent forever trying to track down this specific part at different places and online with no luck. Had to give at least one star for this review. Here's a heads up for shoppers: I placed an order in mid-June for a couple things that came to around $86. My account got charged, but I never got an order confirmation through email. When I logged in to check my account, the order history showed nothing. The phone number on their site just told me to email them, and then my email got blocked. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. I honestly thought this place might be running a scam. Then about four days later, the package actually arrived at my door and I got an email with my order details. I called my bank back and canceled the dispute. Update: I've changed my rating to three stars since the order did show up and the delivery was actually pretty quick. The real problem here is their ordering system is buggy and needs some serious fixes. I don't think they're a scam anymore, but they definitely need to get their act together on the backend.
