What Shoppers Say About Georgia Boot
Georgia Boot receives sharply divided reviews, with 25 shoppers rating the brand 2.2 out of 5. Positive reviewers consistently praise the boots themselves as solidly made and durable, with some customers reporting years of reliable wear. Customer service earns high marks from satisfied customers who report staff going above and beyond to resolve issues. However, negative reviews reveal significant quality control problems: multiple customers report premature sole separation, stitching failures, and cracking within weeks to months of normal wear. Several reviewers also note unresponsiveness from customer support, with some support requests going unanswered entirely, creating frustration especially for long-time customers.
The most frequent complaints center on durability and inconsistency in sizing and construction, with customers noting that identical boot models fit differently than previous versions. While some shoppers have had their issues resolved through responsive customer service, others faced barriers such as missing receipts or unanswered support requests. This inconsistency between customer service experiences and product quality issues suggests ongoing challenges with both manufacturing standards and support responsiveness.

Sorted by: Most recentBought my husband a pair of the high angle work boots back in February. By mid-July his soles were peeling apart. That's a lot of money to spend on boots held together with just glue. I figured they'd be stitched all the way through, but apparently not. Won't be investing in this brand again.
Ordered a pair that didn't fit right and tried to send them back, but apparently this particular item wasn't covered under their standard return policy. Won't be ordering from them again.
I've been loyal to Georgia Boots for quite a while, but my recent experience has changed my mind. Bought a pair of their flex point boots and the liner came loose after wearing them just twice. The retailer wouldn't help, so I contacted Georgia directly, only to find out they won't warranty it either. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't bother with this brand because they won't stand behind what they sell.
Decided to give Georgia boots a shot so I placed an order on Friday morning. By Monday they still hadn't shipped. The actual boots might be good quality, but their shipping process is incredibly slow and disappointing.
My Mud dogs boots have barely been worn and already the rubber is deteriorating, plus the leather's peeling away from the rubber. I've tried contacting Georgia Boot but haven't gotten any response whatsoever.
Both boots' soles completely separated during my lunch break, leaving me in just my socks for the rest of the day.
Spent $160 on what turned out to be the worst boots I've ever owned. After just two months of regular use, the interior lining began separating from the boot itself. It kept getting worse until the lining would bunch up when you pulled the boots off, and you'd have to use your fingers to push it back down before you could get them off properly. These were their Carbo Tec model.
Bought a pair in January and by spring they were coming apart at the seams. Sent them back for a replacement but the pair they shipped out was even worse than the original. Called customer service to ask about a refund and eventually mailed the boots back. They arrived in June but I never heard anything after that. Won't be ordering from this company or Rocky Boots ever again.
Got a shipped notification on the 27th after ordering on the 25th, but when I called days later on the 30th to track my package, I found out processing hadn't even started. They said they were backed up 14 days, which added to the already-passed waiting period and future shipping time meant I was looking at close to a month for delivery. They should've been upfront about the delay before charging me instead of sending a fake shipment email. Even worse, they wouldn't let me cancel even though nothing had been processed yet. This is how they treat new customers.
Placed my order on the 25th and got a shipping confirmation email two days later on the 27th. Called on the 30th to check up and discovered they hadn't even started processing my order yet. They told me they're running 14 days behind, which means combined with the wait time before my call and the shipping delay, I'm looking at nearly a month to get my boots. It would've been helpful if they'd mentioned this delay upfront instead of sending a fake shipped notification. Plus they refused to cancel the order even though it hadn't been processed when I asked. Disappointed with how new customers are treated here.
