What Shoppers Say About getcanopy.co
Getcanopy.co has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the store at 1 star. Customers report serious quality control issues, including defective products (moldy humidifiers, leaking showerheads), unpleasant odors from devices, and shipping failures (lost packages, empty boxes arriving). The most consistent complaint across reviews centers on customer support, which shoppers describe as unresponsive, robotic, difficult to reach, and evasive when addressing problems. Several customers also express frustration with restrictive warranty policies that require continued subscription payments and the difficulty of canceling automatic filter delivery plans.
Customers report extended resolution timelines, with refunds taking over a week and support responses delayed by 1-2 days. Some shoppers mention being passed between different support representatives without resolution. Multiple reviewers note that the company appears to outsource customer service, which they believe contributes to the poor service quality. One early customer expressed particular disappointment given their history with the brand. Overall, shoppers advise avoiding this retailer due to the combination of product defects, inadequate customer support, and problematic warranty and subscription policies.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered a humidifier that never showed up at my door. Every time I reached out to support they just told me to be patient, and honestly it felt like I was talking to a robot. Eventually I tracked down an actual human who confirmed the package was lost and told me to file a claim with the postal service, even though I'd already done that. They said once the search completed they'd 'handle it.' It's been almost two months and still no humidifier, but they tried charging me anyway for a filter subscription I'd added with my original order. Since the company was impossible to reach, I had my bank file a chargeback. One rep even said they couldn't call the post office because they don't have a phone number - which makes zero sense.
AVOID THESE HUMIDIFIERS! Received mine, set it up and filled it with water, but when it runs the air coming out has this awful smell like deteriorating cheap plastic. Their customer support is basically nonexistent - I sent an email and got told to wait 1-2 days just to hear back. Plus I wanted to stop my filter subscription and there's literally no way to do it. The instructions show there should be a cancel button, but it's missing from my account. Screenshot attached. Total ripoff operation. Paid $145 for something that smells gross and works poorly.
Bought two of their filtered showerheads over the past year and signed up for the automatic filter delivery plan. One of them leaks pretty badly and the water pressure is weak. I asked for a replacement but they said warranty only covers it if you keep paying for their filter and aroma subscription. I cancelled the plan and found out the working showerhead works fine without any filter at all. So I'm just going to use what I have and swap the broken one when it finally gives out. Clearly they have some serious quality control problems.
Received an empty box instead of my showerhead order. The shipping company they use apparently has a reputation for this kind of thing. Getting a refund has turned into a nightmare that's taken over a week, with the company stalling and constantly putting different support reps on my case - which is pretty telling about where they outsourced their customer service. I'm going to end up doing a chargeback through my bank just to get this resolved.
I was an early backer of this brand and bought two units through Sephora. Both developed mold inside even though I followed every care instruction to the letter. I contacted them with pictures and offered to send them back so they could inspect the damage. Because I don't have my original receipt from Sephora (they only keep records for two years), they won't replace them. Best they offered was half off another purchase, which isn't acceptable when you're dealing with potential health hazards for your kids. The support team has been cold and dismissive, and it's obvious this company isn't willing to stand by what they claim about durability and safety.
