I placed an order for a gift basket to welcome a new person to our group. Nobody let me know the basket didn't arrive when it was supposed to. I had to find out from the recipient that they never got it. Really poor communication and follow-up. Look for another company for your gifts.
Pretty upset about this whole situation. I caught my mistake the same day I ordered and tried to get them to change the delivery address since the order had just gone through that morning. They said they couldn't fix it but offered me a $24 discount on my $99 purchase. When the basket showed up at my place, I opened it to see what I'd gotten. There was nothing to indicate it was a get-well gift. Everything was really small, and the service was poor. I'd suggest going with a different company like Harry and David instead.
Absolutely horrible. Never ordering again. I paid extra for next day delivery, then got an email saying they wouldn't send it for at least 5 business days. When I called, they offered 20% back, then changed it to 30%. The numbers kept shifting around. They claimed the order only cost $40 on their end when online it was $68. They wouldn't refund anything except 50% of their $40 figure. I kept explaining my total was $84.28 including the $18 rush fee, but they only offered $19. They couldn't even understand their own pricing. How are you charging customers $68 online but saying it's only $40 to you? Why not give customers back what you can't actually deliver? All I wanted was the rush delivery fee returned, and instead you lost the whole sale.
Pretty upset about this. My greeting card never made it into the shipment, and the cheese had melted all over the place. My 102-year-old mother was really let down by her Easter gift.

Then they promised a 90% refund for our trouble, but later cut it back to 50% in an email. This is basically a scam. The company is totally disorganized and has no clue what they're doing.
