When I called customer service, here's what happened: First they told me the issue couldn't be handled over the phone and wanted me to email pictures and the packing list. I did all that. Then I sent two emails with everything explained and got zero response. I called back and they asked if I sent to the right email. I said yes because I replied to their auto-reply. They then said maybe my email didn't go through since I didn't get a confirmation. Their excuse was that I didn't change the subject line when replying so they might have missed it because they get tons of emails. This is completely ridiculous.
I grabbed several items during their 50% off sale that I couldn't normally afford. When everything arrived, more than half my order was missing - items that made up over 60% of what I paid. By then the sale was over and those items were no longer available. This should have been easy to fix: send replacement items, offer a discount code, or refund the whole thing. But support won't do any of that. The only thing they'd do was refund just the discounted price, which doesn't even cover one of the missing items. Lesson here is don't buy straight from Armani Beauty - their support is way worse than other options.
Awful customer service. I asked them to cancel my order just one hour after placing it. They said it was already processing so they couldn't cancel. Also, the order summary showed a shipping discount but after I purchased, I got charged $7 for shipping. The rep mentioned there's a 30-minute cancellation window but couldn't back it up with anything. Every time we talked they kept throwing around the word policy but wouldn't actually show me anything in writing. Just kept saying it's in the policy without any proof. Why can't they just show documentation instead of just talking about it?

Horrible experience with their customer service. They sent me a damaged fragrance. I emailed them 4 times and called twice. Never got responses to any of my emails. When I called, I was put on hold for over an hour and then the call kept dropping. I'm done buying from Armani Beauty even though I really love their scents, but their support team is nonexistent. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two weeks ago and my stuff still hasn't shipped. I had to contact support almost daily just to get someone to pick up. They basically ghosted me for days. Not even sure if my order will actually show up.
Terrible customer service. Got the wrong item and have been trying to fix it for two weeks with no help. Nobody's responding. At one point they said they couldn't find my order, so I emailed my receipt and photos of the wrong merchandise. Eventually they said they were looking into it. Days later they claimed they have no record of any email. Supposedly if a manager approves they might send me the right thing. I've never had this kind of trouble with any other company.
