The products are nice but they never arrived, so that's useless. Extremely bad customer service. I ordered a foundation and lipstick from France going to Finland and never received anything because DHL claims the package never left France and sent it back. I tried reaching their customer service but the only way to contact them was through a form on their website. Got one reply saying my case was assigned to someone, then nothing else. No follow-ups, no updates, no care that I paid for items I never got. I had my bank start a chargeback and hope to get all my money back. My advice: buy from resellers instead of directly from Givenchy Beauty.
Absolutely terrible customer service from Givenchy Beauty's Paris helpline. The representatives are super unprofessional, rude, sarcastic, and deliberately give false information and make false promises. In my entire life, I've never experienced customer service this bad, especially not from a luxury brand. Because of what I got from these reps, I'm never purchasing from Givenchy again. I'm disgusted by the service or complete lack of it. This is really disappointing and concerning. My advice to Givenchy management: start recording and monitoring your staff calls.
Ordered perfume on the 28th and had it by March 1st. Really satisfied with the level of service I got.
The free gift set that was advertised wasn't in my package, and half the sample items I selected are missing too. I still have them listed on my order confirmation. When I contacted them about it, they told me to just send the entire order back. Their customer service is rude and unmotivated.
Bought something at one of their counters and had a bad reaction to it. They asked me to return it with proof of purchase and I'm still waiting for my refund five months later. If you can't handle basic payments from customers, maybe shut down the whole website. It's pointless. I use PayPal everywhere else without issue. This site is the only one having problems. Stay away from this company. I bought a product for 200 dollars and UPS delivered it. Someone stole the package off my front porch. I told Givenchy Beauty what happened and their customer service was horrible. They completely refused to send a replacement or refund my money. It's been nearly a month of back and forth and nothing's been fixed. I had to call UPS myself and conference in their support. UPS told me it's on the shipper, and Givenchy kept saying they need more details for the investigation. Never ordering here again. They're fraudulent.
