Love the actual perfume but the customer service is awful. The spray pump stopped working and I just asked for a replacement pump, not even a whole new bottle. I had my receipt and everything, sent photos and the product code, but they refused to help. Chanel's customer service has been fantastic so I expected the same from another luxury brand. Really let down. Should've been a simple, cheap fix for them but they didn't even try.
