Had to revise my original review because my second experience was completely different. This time the order was easy to place, I got tracking information right away, and everything arrived correctly. People should speak up when things go wrong, but we also need to give credit when it's earned. My first order took forever without any tracking info even after two weeks and I only got apologetic emails. But when the product finally showed up before the tracking details, at least I had it in hand. Trying them again to see if it goes better.

The branding looks great and the face masks are attractive, but the prices are way too high compared to competitors. They're packed in a ton of plastic, especially for masks that cost forty bucks. The products definitely work and do great things for your skin, but you can find similar results from brands that cost a tenth of the price.

The actual products are great, but good luck getting them shipped to you. Almost three weeks and still waiting on my order. I've sent two emails and made two phone calls but can't get any response, and I've been on hold for over an hour. What really annoys me is getting spammed daily with promotional emails about free shipping when I haven't even gotten my stuff yet. Just order through Sephora instead if you want Glamglow products.
