Ordered three items and only got sent one. They ignore your emails and won't answer their phone either. The service is absolutely terrible and I definitely won't be shopping there again. I'm gonna have to dispute this through my credit card company. Just steer clear of this place.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Three weeks after placing an order and I'm still trying to get someone to reply to my four emails. Called multiple times but nobody picks up. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have no clue how they're still in business.
The customer service here is pathetic. I talked to someone about my missing package and got zero help. Submitted a complaint and waited two weeks with no response. I thought this company had a solid reputation but they clearly don't care about their customers. I'm done shopping with them for good.
Absolutely awful product. The clay mask says to leave it on for five to twenty minutes, so I followed the directions and took it off after fifteen minutes. My face was covered in red marks where the mask had been and they didn't fade for half an hour. I don't have sensitive skin and never react to products, but this was a terrible experience. Definitely won't use it again. Still waiting for my face to go back to normal.
