I bought a piano but never got an order confirmation email, so I don't have my order ID. When I tried calling for help, I couldn't get through. I got an electronic weighted keyboard with pedals for my son through a third party seller. Before buying, I called Glarry to ask if parts would be available if something broke, and they said they could help. At first I loved it, great sounds and everything worked perfectly! But after a couple months the speakers stopped working and the headphones were super quiet. The seller only offered ten bucks and wasn't helpful about where to fix it. So I contacted Glarry customer service and they sent me back to the seller. We went back and forth many times with nothing getting solved. A keyboard repair person told me the amp board died but couldn't get Glarry parts to fix it. When I asked Glarry to sell me the part, they said they don't have it and can't get it, then pointed me back to the seller. Now they're ignoring me, probably because the review window closed. It's an expensive situation.

Couldn't be happier with this! The support team communicated great and delivery was quick. For the money, the value is insane. The guitar is solid and only has minor fret buzz that's totally fixable. As a learning tool or second guitar, it's an excellent choice. The amp is fine for practice sessions and nothing fancy. Really blown away by how much you get for the price. Appreciate it!

The guitar sounds great and there's just a tiny bit of fret buzz that I'm not worried about fixing. As a backup or starter guitar, this is fantastic value.
