I'm really frustrated with this company. My free trial went three days over and then they billed me £245. I requested a refund and got told no, they're keeping the money. I asked if they'd at least do a partial refund. Nope. All I got were two automated apology emails saying sorry, no refund. They did technically send me policy reminders after taking my money, and yeah maybe I didn't read all the fine print closely enough. But you'd think a business with their values would be a little more thoughtful about it. How hard would it be to send a reminder email the day before your free week actually ends? I'm really disappointed.
No response to my messages and then someone unauthorized got into my account and took off somewhere hot while trying to charge my card. My card company blocked it. Their service quality is really poor.
I really don't recommend signing up with them. This company uses predatory billing practices and is not the kind, caring yoga business it pretends to be. You'd expect a yoga company to actually care about their customers, but they're the opposite. I thought I'd cancelled years ago, then I saw a £245 charge on my credit card statement and immediately contacted them. I believe it was a special offer I'd cancelled, but apparently the cancellation didn't process correctly. I hadn't even used the service in years. I reached out the day after the charge. It didn't matter to them at all. They just said no. What really bothers me is that they're selling a digital product, so refunding me wouldn't cost them anything. It feels incredibly shady. I've honestly never had such a bad customer service experience with any company. If you do sign up with them, make sure you document your cancellation for your own records, double-check multiple times that you've cancelled your membership and removed your card info well before renewal, or honestly just go with a company that actually has ethics and genuinely cares about people.
