What Shoppers Say About nimble
Nimble products have extremely low ratings at 1.6 out of 5 based on 7 reviews. The overwhelming majority of feedback describes chargers that fail within months and a warranty claims process that is broken. Shoppers report that replacements are promised but never delivered, follow-up emails go unanswered for months, and the company stops responding after the initial sale. Multiple reviewers describe being stuck in loops where Nimble repeatedly requests the same information without resolution, leaving customers to seek refunds or replacements elsewhere.
On the positive side, a small minority of shoppers (14 percent) gave five-star ratings, though these reviews provided no details about what worked well. The core issues preventing recommendation center on product durability and customer service responsiveness. When chargers fail under warranty, shoppers report waiting six months or longer without receiving promised replacements. Email-only support with selective responsiveness and a non-functional returns system have driven customers to purchase from retailers like Apple instead.

Sorted by: Most recentPurchased their 3 in 1 Valet charger and within 6 months the iPhone charging function started cutting out randomly. They advertise a 2 year warranty so I went ahead and filed a claim. They said they'd send a replacement at first but then I heard absolutely nothing for the next 2 months and they've stopped responding to any of my messages. Fortunately I bought it through Apple's site and I'm working with them to sort this out instead.
Disappointing customer service overall. You can only reach them by email and they're selective about which questions they actually answer. There's no way to speak with a real person. They were eager to make the sale but once you have a problem they're nowhere to be found. Before purchasing the Nimble Champ I contacted them with questions. The person who responded gave me bad information stating it would work perfectly with my older iPhone model, which turned out to be completely false. I had to buy extra stuff to get it functioning. I was so frustrated that I returned the whole thing.
My charger died just a few months in. Since June I've been trying to get a replacement but it's been nothing but a nightmare. They keep asking for the same info over and over and then nothing happens. I'm heading to the Apple Store where I originally bought it tomorrow. I have plenty of emails documenting everything. Don't waste your time with this company!
My Nimble Fold charger stopped working. I contacted them about getting a replacement and they agreed to send one over, mentioning they were making upgrades to the charger and promising a replacement by late June with a dispatch notification. After sending several follow ups requesting tracking information, I haven't received anything from them. I've had to ask Apple to intervene since I bought it from their store, but that's been challenging too.
Absolutely unreliable from start to finish. I needed to return a broken folding 3 in 1 charger and managed to get all the way to the final step in their returns process. When I got there I saw two options to click: one to print and email a shipping label or one to go home. The shipping label option just refused to work, nothing at all would happen. Email is the only way to contact GoNimble support since they don't offer a phone line. They told me it was a browser issue and to update or try something different. So I tested it on five separate computers and three different browsers and it still didn't work. Strangely the home button worked fine. I asked them to send me the label through email so I could return my broken product. They said they fixed it and told me to try once more. Still broken. I sent another email and received zero response. This is supposed to be a technology company and they can't even fix their own website! I ended up taking my broken charger to the Apple Store nearby since that's where I purchased it. Apple states clearly in their policy that they're not responsible for warranties on third party brands, but they helped me out anyway. That's what real customer service looks like. Major props to Apple.
Still no replacement for broken unit. Picked up a charging station from Apple that had a defect in it. I sent it back for a replacement immediately and half a year later I'm still waiting.
