Had this for about a year and ran into a bunch of problems. When I tried reaching out to support, either nobody would respond or they wouldn't actually address what I was asking. Now the box won't connect to the internet anymore and it's completely broken. There's nobody willing to help you out.

Skip buying a superbox for resale purposes. The company aggressively polices everywhere you sell their boxes. If any retailer undercuts their pricing by even a couple dollars, they'll hit you with fines or force you to track down other sellers. These units have terrible sales unless you bundle them with tons of freebies. Meanwhile, Chinese platforms like Temu and TikTok get away with way lower pricing.

The unit I received didn't come with everything. Key components were missing from the package. Getting the apps set up turned into a nightmare that took two days and still didn't work. I ended up returning it to the store after the third day. These things are trash and not worth your money.

Got the elite model over a year back and most of the apps stopped working. Live sports streams disconnect constantly. They've released newer versions but never fixed the issues on older units. I can't recommend them. It seems intentional that they kill off apps on older boxes to force you to buy newer ones. Why can't they just update the existing apps? Don't fall for this.

Really dig this box! The only hiccup I've noticed is occasional freezing that takes you back to the apps, but restarting gets you back on track. There's a ton of content available with tons of variety. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Really happy with how this turned out. My order arrived a bit sooner than expected and setting it up was super straightforward. Hoping they'll bring prices down in the future so it's easier to grab multiple items. I've already told several friends about the superbox.
