Totally failed me on this purchase. I'm so frustrated that I'm actually looking into legal options right now. First, it took them an incredibly long time to even get my order shipped out, and then it sat in transit forever - but when I complained they just blamed it all on the postal service. Gotham gave me a credit which was nice, but when I got my replacement order it was the same problem all over again - dry, brittle, totally unsmokable. I reached out to their customer service several times and got nothing back until I made a bigger deal about it. It's clear there's no quality checking happening on their end, and honestly it shouldn't be my job to hound a company to fix their mistakes. At this point after getting two bad orders in a row, I'm really questioning whether I'll order from them ever again. When a company doesn't care about customers who've been loyal or stand behind what they're selling, that's not someone I can support or tell my friends about.
