After only six months of regular wear and following the care instructions on the tag, the waistband developed holes all around and started falling apart. Six months of use and the clothing is already falling apart. This is hands down the worst organic brand I've shopped from for my kids. It's the only company where their clothes can't survive being handed down to my younger child. I always choose organic options for my children and have never experienced this kind of durability issue with any other brand. My kids are only about 15 months apart in age, so hand me downs happen pretty quickly in our house.
Bought a baby jumpsuit on sale a few months back and had my son start wearing it recently. After just a couple of wears followed by two gentle wash cycles on low heat tumble dry, the material shrank up badly and got all pilled and fuzzy. Now it doesn't fit my baby anymore because of how much it shrunk. When I contacted their customer service team about it, they basically called me dishonest about how often he actually wore it. They claimed it showed major wear marks, which it did, but that was from the poor fabric quality not the amount of use. They wouldn't give me a refund or credit. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.
