Nonstop Marketing Bombardment I can't deal with their constant stream of emails and text messages. They just never stop. One after another after another. Would never do business with them because of this obnoxious behavior.
Dressers Ruined Bedding Due to Paint Residue Got 2 Rylan Wide Dressers in navy and they look beautiful but are basically unusable. The interior drawer paint started peeling off and stained all my bedding. Reached out to customer service but kept getting different people with the same generic responses or nothing at all. I even offered to exchange if they could assure the issue wouldn't happen again and sent photos plus video proof of the ruined items and paint coming off when I touched it. Still nothing! Eventually I got fed up and demanded they pick it up or swap it. They emailed a pickup date with zero heads up call and never offered to make it right for my ruined stuff. Their customer service is useless and I'll never buy from them again. Absolutely shameful.
Queen Air Mattress on Frame is Junk! Bought their pricey air bed setup. Only used it like 3 times over several years and the mattress gave out. They did replace it when I called since they admitted the deflated position causes cracking. Fast forward, the kids jumped on it, the frame broke, and the new mattress got punctured. Their response? "Sorry, warranty's done." Don't throw your money away on this garbage or this company. You'll find better quality stuff at Walmart.
