After I washed them following the care instructions, they actually got even smaller and ended up being completely worthless. I decided to leave an honest review on their website to let other customers know. My feedback was polite and factual, but they took it down without explanation. So I tried posting it again, thinking maybe it was an accident. Nope, they removed it a second time. I gave it one more shot and the same thing happened. If you browse around their site, you'll notice they've got nothing but positive reviews. Seems like they're actively censoring any criticism of their products. That's a huge red flag for me. Any company that won't let customers share legitimate negative experiences isn't one I can feel good about supporting.
