I wanted to skip the big high street agents and handle most of it myself, like taking pics, making floor plans and writing up the listing. All I really needed was to get it listed on the major property sites. Griffin Property, which is now Emoov, seemed perfect since it was budget-friendly and had excellent reviews. I was a bit nervous at first, but the whole process turned out to be fantastic. The team communicated wonderfully and was super helpful every step of the way and always quick to respond. If you're willing to put in some effort yourself, it's an excellent option to promote your house while keeping costs way down.

Unbeatable pricing with top notch service to match. I drafted a review right when I first put my place on the market, so I'm updating it now. I got plenty of viewings, a few with folks who weren't serious, but eventually I found a buyer pretty quick. I handled the heavy lifting myself including descriptions, photos, floor plans and EPC. The basic Griffin package only cost me £195. I paid another £50 to keep it on Rightmove an extra month. Compare that to what a regular high street agent would have taken, and I saved thousands. Despite the rock bottom price, Griffin delivered premium quality service. Anything I needed changed or questions I had got addressed almost instantly. If there was a speed record for answering emails, Griffin would absolutely be in the running. Their system was simple to navigate and gave me full control of viewings with the ability to message potential buyers right in the platform. I worked with Jacob a lot and he was always easy to get ahold of, super personable and really professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
