Sorted by: Most recentGot a birthday email from Grimaldi's offering a complimentary 16 inch cheese pizza. Decided to check it out at the Bell Tower location in Fort Myers after catching a movie. Walked in to find the place pretty quiet, but it took about 5 minutes before anyone came over to seat me. When the server came by and I showed him the birthday offer, he basically said they don't do 16 inch pizzas and I'd have to upgrade to 18 inch and add 2 toppings for an extra 4 dollars. Whatever, I went along with it. The wine was supposedly half off that night, which was nice. But when the pizza arrived, it was lukewarm and had no flavor at all. Really disappointed in the quality. Then the bill showed up at 14 dollars for the wine, which definitely wasn't half price. The suggested tip had 8 dollars listed as 20 percent, but that math doesn't work out, it should've been 3 dollars. I ended up tipping 4. So my supposedly free birthday pizza and discounted wine turned out to cost me 18 dollars total and neither promotion even came through as advertised. Not going back there again.
