I took this product consistently for about a year and a half but didn't notice any real changes in my hair quality. My expectations were reasonable - I just wanted healthier hair, not miracles - but I was let down. Once I quit taking it two months ago, my hair growth rate hasn't changed one bit. My hair and nails are growing at the same speed they were before, which tells me the product didn't actually do anything for me. Oddly enough, my hair loss has actually improved since stopping it, which makes sense given those vitamin A toxicity symptoms I had. The price point is pretty high for something that gave me zero results. Plus, canceling my subscription was a nightmare.
