The whole shopping experience was a disaster. I bought two really pretty dresses that unfortunately didn't fit right at the bust, so I packed them up to send back right away. What should've been simple turned into a nightmare that dragged on forever. I called customer service before and while returning the items but basically couldn't reach anyone. Phones went unanswered and the online help wasn't even available when I needed it. The lack of support made an already frustrating situation ten times worse. I can't suggest this store to anyone. The dresses are lovely but the service and overall experience don't justify what you're paying.
They put wrong shipping info on my package so my dress never arrived and got sent back. I've emailed their support team multiple times trying to get help but gotten zero responses. I haven't seen a refund and I don't have my dress either. This was six months ago.
