Absolutely zero customer service. Their return policy is the worst I've seen from any clothing brand. Everything's automated with no actual people answering, you pay to ship returns yourself, they charge restocking fees, and you get no confirmation that they got your stuff back or any refund notification even after waiting a month. Buy from them directly and you're stuck. Get the same items from Nordstrom instead and you'll actually have decent return options.
I ordered some pants and paid fifty bucks to ship to Australia, but a dress showed up instead. I've sent three emails about the wrong item but nobody has responded at all. No one's offered any solution and I'm stuck with something I don't want and that doesn't even fit. Completely unacceptable. Do not buy from them.
