They emailed a grieving mom asking her to send back the crib. This company is awful.
This baby company doesn't care about their customers. They sent a bassinet to a new mom for her to create promotional content. Then her baby unexpectedly passed away. Know what they did less than a week later? Demanded she return the crib since she couldn't make content anymore. This is evil.
This company asked a mother who lost her baby to return the bassinet. Absolutely heartless. Do not support them.
I spent $1,500 on a bassinet and then found out it needs a $20 monthly subscription to work properly. This wasn't clear upfront and feels like a sneaky cash grab. Very disappointing and I'm returning it. Cannot recommend to anyone.
The snoo costs way too much to begin with, but I decided to splurge after seeing their end of year sale advertised. Got up early on December 28th to place my order and found out the sale was already over. When I called them, they just apologized and offered nothing else. I was trying to buy directly from the company to support them, but their false advertising has completely turned me off. Honestly, you're better off buying used on marketplace for under $450 anyway. Just remember you'll still need to pay the $25 monthly subscription fee.
The snoo used to be decent but the company has turned into something pretty evil. They keep putting hardware features behind paywalls and pretty soon you're going to pay $1500 for the device plus $20 monthly just to have a working bassinet. It's scummy and unethical business tactics from a really problematic company.
Putting a paywall in front of features that were included in the $1500 purchase price should be illegal. I expect to see a class action lawsuit against this company. My son's snoo rocks harder and harder when he cries, making it seem like the device itself is upsetting him. Now they want $20 monthly to let me moderate the rocking intensity. So I either pay $20 a month on top of the $1500 I already spent, let it shake my son intensely, or just turn the thing off.
This is shameful price gouging. They should be ashamed for treating new parents who've already spent so much on their products this way. DO NOT BUY. This is a scam. Get a Mamaroo cot or literally anything else instead. Warn your pregnant friends too.
