I never agreed to leave packages unattended at the delivery location, so you'd think that would be straightforward to handle with a refund or replacement. Not how Harman handled it. They keep saying the package was delivered as intended and won't refund or replace it. This isn't resolved yet and if customer service doesn't fix this soon, I'm taking additional action.
Got a confirmation email after ordering from Harman Audio and they charged my credit card. Several weeks went by and no shipping notification arrived. I had to call their customer service line and after almost 45 minutes waiting, they finally told me the item was unavailable and would cancel and refund. I still don't understand why they didn't check inventory before charging me. Why did I have to be the one chasing them down for a refund? Their communication is terrible and the service is disappointing. Not a good way to do business. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
