This company is a nightmare. I ordered a door in June that never arrived, so I cancelled it. Four months later, they charged my credit card anyway. For the last two months, I've made countless calls and sent emails, and they still won't refund my money. Every call, they promise the refund within 5 to 10 days. Their most recent promise was 24 to 48 hours. That was nearly four days ago with nothing. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable. They billed me without permission and continue to break their promises.
Wish I'd checked the reviews before placing my large order. They took my payment but haven't delivered anything. The promised delivery dates keep getting pushed back. I got part of my order, but without the rest it's useless. Customer service hasn't been helpful. Now they're saying end of November when I was supposed to have everything much earlier. I won't be ordering from them again.
Should have looked at reviews first before I ordered. They promised next day delivery during my renovation, which obviously didn't happen. I cancelled and now ten weeks later, after calling two dozen times, I still don't have my refund.
